STRATEGY + PLANNING

Strategy + Planning involves long-term thinking for organizations, establishing the purpose or mission, the clarity of its vision and how do you break those down into clearer goals for the team over the next year or so.  We can do planning for start-ups, existing companies and companies who would like to transition to the next level of their evolution.

Our consulting sessions are divided into four (4) parts:

  • Assessment.  We determine the current state of the company including all aspects of the business. 
  • Planning.  We use different planning models to suit the needs of the business.  This is the fun part when we engage the client into brainstorming sessions.
  • Execution.  We work with our clients to establish the metrics in which the team will be measured on
  • Analyze.  During the year, we help our clients analyze if the metrics are met and if ever there is a need for adjustment. Being responsive to change is more important than following a plan.  We all saw that when COVID 19 pandemic happened.
