PEOPLE

Ern Ynion, CPA, PMP, CIM, CGA
Chairman & CEO

Ern is a business innovation strategist and an entrepreneur.  He possesses abilities that combine knowledge and skills from various disciplines, essential in solving complex problems and adapting to diverse situations. He is certified Chief Innovation Manager and Innovation Auditor by the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI). He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and an IT Professional having led several software implementation and development projects in large companies. He is a seasoned Management Consultant, a Certified Public Accountant and has been involved in Budgeting, Corporate Planning for several years.  He has extensive audit experience in both internal and external audit particularly in Finance and Information Systems for more than 20 years. He is currently taking up Master in Innovation and Business at the Asian Institute of Management.

Ern is also a life strategist.  He is a certified practitioner in various modern applied Psychology disciplines including NLP, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Skilled Helping and Counselling.  He shares his knowledge and reaches out to people through his weekly podcast The Ernpowered Life. He has conducted numerous workshops and lectures online and in-person.

As an entrepreneur, Ern leads a few thriving businesses one of which is Trails, one of the leading child development centers in the Philippines.

With his depth of experience in the corporate world and entrepreneurship, Ern has the unique ability to help organizations and individuals overcome their challenges and fulfill their vision.
